While visiting, you were about to furnish a kids center called „The Little Pea Kids Commons“, Kids can take classes and workshops while the parents can enjoy a stroll through the different levels of the building.
Are there any other services you offer at The Commons and how big is the focus on your community and your neighbourhood?
Vicharee // Other than the kids space, we also have the COMMONS kitchen on the Topyard. This is a space where we will be running various events and workshops like cooking classes, flower arrangement, wine tasting, coffee cupping, etc. We hope to be a space that will bring people together and give them something new to learn & explore each time they visit. It can also be rented out for private parties and gatherings. Also, there are no ‘community centers’ in Bangkok… and people are living more and more individualistic lives. Perhaps not even knowing your neighbor who lives on the same floor of your condo. The Little Pea aims to be a space where new moms or stay-‐at home parents can meet and mingle. The COMMONS kitchen and Top Yard aims to be a space where people with similar interest can come together and learn something, talk, share their passion. The Common Ground, the green outdoor space / steps area, will hopefully become a space that brings together talent ‐ artists, musicians, storytellers, performers, etc. And community space where they can showcase their work.
